I received my PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Virginia in 2020, after completing my predoctoral internship at the Salem VA Medical Center in Salem, VA.

I am currently a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Virginia's Program for Anxiety, Cognition, and Treatment (PACT) Lab and the University of Massachusetts Boston's Center for Evidence-based Mentoring. I'm also thrilled to be an AIM Youth Mental Health fellow.

I am also a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Charlottesville, VA.
